Community Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Snelling Staffing is looking for multiple candidates with residential sales experience for one of Louisiana’s largest home builder companies that has been serving the area for the past 35 years. The company is looking for a results-driven Community Sales Manager to help build relationships with clients. The position will be full-time working Tuesday-Sunday 10:00AM-5:00PM (with one weekend off per month). The position will start making $18 per hour plus commission; however, once the employee has been fully trained, the position will convert to 100% commission based.

Community Sales Manager Duties:

  • Effectively communicate value to buyers to influence the home-buying decision-making process
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new home buyers
  • Maintain a prospective buyer list
  • Proactively pursue all installed based leads which can include emails, inbound calls, etc.
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Review all selections, plans, and documents prior to buyer meeting for the contract signing
  • Keep company website up to date with most recent and correct information for your community
  • Maintain cleanliness of model homes
  • Aid in training of sales associates

Position Requirements:

  • MUST have a minimum of 2 years of residential sales experience!!
  • Bachelor’s degree is not required, but it is PREFERRED!
  • Will need to have access to personal laptop or tablet to bring to work
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Needs to be self-motivated with ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions as needed
