Industrial Sales Support Specialist

A well-established industrial products company in Baton Rouge is currently seeking an Industrial Sales Support Specialist to join the team!  The Industrial Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting the sales team by entering and tracking sales orders to completion, audit order records for accuracy and report errors to accounts receivable.  Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 2-3 year of accounting clerk experience.  Position will pay in the range of $17-19 per hour with flexibility for exceptional experience. 

Industrial Sales Support Specialist Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter and track sales orders to completion
  • Assist sales team as requested
  • Audit order records to periodically for validate invoices for the Accounting department
  • Interact with client and coworkers with a professional, can-do attitude

Industrial Sales Support Specialist Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of accounting clerk experience
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Strong comfort with Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
