 A well-established insurance company located in Downtown Baton Rouge currently has openings for a Long-Term Temporary Audit Assistant!  This position will be responsible for data entry and will work with clients over the phone.  GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN OFFICE EXPERIENCE! The position is scheduled to start in Mid-March and continue through August.  Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 1-3 years of office experience and be very comfortable talking to clients over the phone.  ON THE JOB TRAINING IS PROVIDED!  Position will pay in the range of $13-16 per hour based on experience.  MULTIPLE OPENINGS!

Temporary Audit Assistant Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry
  • Light Auditing work
  • Compile information for audits
  • Schedule appointments
  • Reminder phone calls to clients
  • Assist the Audit Team as directed
  • Basic computer skills
  • Interact with client and coworkers with a professional, can-do attitude

Temporary Audit Assistant Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of office experience, preferred
  • Dependable and Punctual
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
