Snelling Staffing is currently seeking an Office Administrative Assistant in the Central, Louisiana area. The primary job duties include normal administrative duties, insurance verifications, Accounts Payable and Receivable, processing sales contracts. Must have an assertive personality! Pay will be in the range of $14-15 per hour, based on experience.

Office Administrative Assistant Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Email, filing, faxing, scanning
  • Accounts payable and receivables
  • Process sales contracts into online program
  • Prepare invoices for clients
  • Answer multi-line phones
  • Direct calls to appropriate contact
  • Process refunds when needed
  • Identify any errors in contacts
  • Maintain files both paper and electronic
  • Various other administrative duties

Office Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • High School Diploma
  • General office experience with clerical accounting REQUIRED
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • STRONG Customer Service skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • An assertive personality/ can do attitude is NEEDED
