Accounts Receivables Coordinator


The Accounts Receivables Coordinator position is full time position with a company in Baton Rouge! Excellent benefits!  Salary $17.00hour.

Accounts Receivables Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reduce past due receivables on assigned accounts
  • Facilitate timely payment of invoices by communicating to customers their outstanding balances.
  • Partner with both customer and internal departments to conduct research and resolve transaction discrepancies.
  • Initiate credit/rebill transaction as needed to correct billing errors
  • Ensure accuracy in billing information so customers receive invoices in a timely manner
  • Work with Credit, Sales, and Customer Services Reps and with customers to resolve held order situations.
  • Review the top accounts weekly, based on the aging reports supplied to them.
  • Follow up on payment commitments made by customers to ensure money is in transit.
  • Communicate via Customer Notes in Oracle any updates or disputes regarding any issues with invoices.
  • Make monthly contributions to the department’s quality and process improvement efforts.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by Credit Manager.
  • Backup the accounts payable department




Accounts Receivables Coordinator Requirements:

    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite experience
    • 3+ years of accounts receivable experience
    • High School diploma
    • College degree preferred
