PT Bookkeeper / Office Manager

SNELLING STAFFING is looking for a PART TIME Bookkeeper / Office Manager for a Baton Rouge homeowners association!  This position will be about 20 hours a week with a Monday – Thursday, 9am – 2pm schedule.  Pay is $15.00 – $20.00 depending on experience!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Preparing bank deposits
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Collections of monthly dues
  • Filing liens on delinquent accounts
  • Coordinating and negotiating with committees and vendors
  • Additional administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of accounting / bookkeeping experience
  • Quickbooks experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and highly motivated
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
