Office Coordinator in Central /Zachary, La!

Immediate opening for a Office Coordinator with a large industrial company located in Central, La!foot in the door opportunity with room to advance $15.00 – $20.00/hour to start DOE!  Full time with excellent benefits!

 Office Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Assist with entering employee's time 
  • Collect credit card expence reports
  • Attend meetings and take minutes for meetings
  • Data entry
  • Provide administrative support to executives
  • Run reports
  • Assist in making travel arrangements

 Office Coordinator Support Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of administrative experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Stable work history
  • College degree helpful
