Accounting Coordinator

A well-established commercial property management company in Baton Rouge has an immediate opening for an experienced Accounting Coordinator to join the team! Open to full time or part time! Position will pay in the range of $15-18 per hour to start.

 

Accounting Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing bank deposits
  • Data entry of payments
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Collect rents
  • Additional Administrative duties as needed

 

Accounting Coordinator Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of accounting /bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks and Excel skills required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Stable work history
