Bank Branch Manager/Operations Supervisor duties:

• Responsible for the activities of the assigned retail outlet(s) and to provide high quality customer service, achieve product sales targets and deliver customer service through a trained and motivated staff.
• Manage the retail outlet as an income center to achieve income and expense targets.
• Scheduling and monitoring daily activities associated with cash operations and the teller line; oversees cash management and vault/recycler/ATM custody.
• Interview loan applicants, checks credit, completes and processes necessary documentation in accordance with Bank procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints.

Bank Brank Manager/Operations Supervisor requirements:

• This job requires a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services along with the operating policies and procedures that impact products and services
• Demonstrated management and supervisory skills
• A minimum of three years branch experience, with one year as an assistant branch manager preferred.
• College degree or a combination of education and equivalent banking industry experience
