Snelling Staffing has an immediate opening for a Medical Coding position with a large medical clinic with over 100 years in the Baton Rouge area! This position will start with a pay of $25.00 / hour.  This position is full time, weekday hours, stable and offers excellent benefits!!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Billing for a specialty clinic
• Assist with appeals and coding of denied claims
• Assistant department manager in training of new employees
• Researching and resubmitting denied claims
• General administrative duties

Requirements:

• Must be Medical Coding Certified!!!
• Medical coding experience is necessary!!
• Medical billing knowledge is PLUS!
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
