Snelling Staffing is looking for multiple individuals to fill multiple roles with a deli in the College Drive area of Baton Rouge. The deli serves Southern-style food and will be undergoing a major transition, so they are looking for a new change of staff.

Grill Cook / Kitchen Manager – Monday through Saturday, 7am to 2pm, $15-$16 per hour:
We are looking for an individual with a true knowledge for Southern cooking and the ability to lead a kitchen team with respect and consistency. In addition to the manager position, we are also in need for line cooks that can be quick and detail-oriented. You will be responsible for grilling and cooking food to order, ensuring that each dish is prepared to the customer’s satisfaction.

Front-End Staff – Monday through Saturday, 7am to 2pm, $10-$12 per hour:
This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers and ensuring a friendly atmosphere, taking accurate orders in person and over the phone, and handling payments. You will be the face of the deli and be a major source for customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Dishwasher – Monday through Saturday, 8am to 3pm, $10 per hour:
This position will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the back of house. This includes cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, managing trash, and assisting with food preparation and storage. This role requires long hours of being on your feet and lifting heavy equipment up to 20 pounds.
