    Commercial Credit Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers
  • Carry out and is responsible for establishing a program in the follow-up and collection of the assigned account base.
  • Address risk involved with delinquent accounts with management.
  • May negotiate secured selling terms for future business.
  • Conduct research and analyze and evaluate data
  • Commercial Cred Administrator Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree
  • Must have 1-3 years of related customer service experience
  • Must be self-motivated with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be detailed, accurate & very proficient in MS office software including Excel.
