Snelling Staffing has an opening for an experienced Medical Insurance Collector II candidate for a large specialty clinic located in Baton Rouge!  Must have a good working knowledge of overturning denials, addressing credit balances and working in a paperless environment.

This position is full time with weekday hours 

Medical Insurance Collector II Duties and Responsibilities

• Insurance and billing claims corrections and submissions
• Account processing
• Information analysis
• Prepare, run and submit reports
• Researching and resubmitting denied claims
• Contacting patients and insurance companies as needed

Medical Insurance Collector II Requirements:

• 2+ years of medical billing / collections experience required.
• Insurance benefits background required.
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
